I had the opportunity to create a music video for Depto No Apto’s single “Cumbres profundas.” Through hand-drawn animation, the film imagines a world where solid ground slowly transforms into the ocean floor as rain reshapes the landscape. A lone submarine explores these immense submerged mountains, revealing a poetic world where height and depth coexist beneath the sea.
My role in this project was to direct, illustrate, animate, and composite each scene, carefully aligning the visuals with the rhythm and mood of the song. The process gave me the creative freedom to interpret the music visually and build a world that reflects its atmosphere and emotion.
